2、 Process flow of purified water equipment

It is recommended that the reverse osmosis desalination device with advanced, mature, stable effluent quality and stable system operation be selected as the pure water preparation equipment of the system; the system has low operation cost, easy to realize automation and good economy. The pure water treated by single-stage reverse osmosis device can meet the requirement of pure water.

In order to ensure the long-term reliable and stable operation of key equipment, such as single reverse osmosis unit, the pretreatment system is set up to meet the RO influent indexes: turbidity < 0.5ntu, SDI < 4, residual chlorine < 0.1ppm. According to the quality of raw water, the pretreatment system consists of raw water tank, raw water pump, multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, softening filter, security filter and relevant auxiliary equipment.
