Forms of hydraulic shear aerator commonly used in industrial wastewater treatment equipment

 

The commonly used hydraulic shear aerators are fixed spiral air aerator, inverted umbrella aerator, jet aerator, diffuser aerator and "Jinshan" aerator.

 

(1) There are three types of fixed spiral air aerators: fixed single spiral, fixed double spiral and fixed triple spiral.

 

(2) The inverted umbrella aerator is composed of umbrella shaped plastic shell, rubber plate, plastic screw and gland.

 

(3) The jet aerator uses the water pump to pressurize the mud water mixture, and then inhales a large amount of air through the water ejector. The mud water and air are violently mixed at the throat of the water ejector due to the high flow rate, and the inhaled bubbles are crushed into mist, and then evaporated in the water ejector

 

Because the kinetic energy is converted into potential energy in the diffuser, it is conducive to the transfer speed and amount of oxygen in the air to the mixture. Therefore, the oxygen transfer process is strengthened, and the oxygen transfer rate can reach more than 20%

 

The high transfer rate of the aerator is the main reason. The disadvantage of jet aerator for industrial wastewater treatment is low power efficiency.

 

(4) The diffused aerator is made of plastic or FRP, which has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for the treatment of industrial wastewater.

 

(5) The "Jinshan" type aerator for industrial wastewater treatment is injection molded from high pressure polyethylene, and its shape is inverted lotus shape.
