5-20T EDI ultra pure water equipment
1、 What is EDI ultra pure water equipment
EDI ultra pure water equipment is a mature technology which replaces the mixed ion exchange bed after the application of reverse osmosis system. It has the advantages of stable water quality, low operation cost and convenient operation and management. The utility model has the advantages of small floor area and no harmful waste water discharge. The development direction of ultra pure water preparation technology has been certified by major water treatment engineering companies all over the world. Since the industrialization of EDI technology in 1986, thousands of EDI sets have been put into sub branches, especially in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, electric power and photoelectric industries. Generally speaking, it has eight advantages
No acid-base regeneration is needed;
(2) continuous production:
There is no need to deal with waste acid and alkali;
(4) low operation cost;
The system is simple in design and installation;
The installation condition is simple;
The effluent quality is stable;
Standard design.
2、 EDI ultra pure water equipment technology
EDI is a revolutionary progress in water treatment technology. In this technology, the traditional mixed ion exchange desalting process Di is replaced by the electric regeneration ion exchange desalting process. High desalting effect is achieved through ion exchange resin and selective ion membrane. The combined process with reverse osmosis makes the produced water quality reach 10 ~ 18m Ω· cm.
3、 Basic parameters of EDI ultra pure water equipment
1. Water supply: RO pure water, the conductivity of general water is 2-20us / cm.
2. PH: 5.0-8.0 (under this pH condition, the water hardness should not be too high)
3. Temperature: 5-35 ℃
4. Water inlet pressure: 4kg / cm2 (60psi)_ 1.5kg/cm2(25psi)。
4、 Advantages of EDI ultra pure water module (electric desalting)
1. No need for acid-base regeneration: the operation of electric desalting is safe, and the treatment of wastewater becomes simple.
2. Continuous production: the production of electric desalting is continuous, eliminating the complex regeneration operation in the process of using mixed bed, reducing a lot of standby equipment.
3. No need to deal with waste acid and alkali: there is no neutralization and discharge treatment system for waste acid and alkali. The concentrated water of electric desalting can be directly discharged or returned to the inlet of RO (the concentrated water in EDI is much less than pure water).
4. Simple installation conditions: when installing the electric desalting, the floor area is small, and most of the standard plants can meet the requirements. For the lower plants, it can be solved by the horizontal configuration of the electric desalting module.
5. Low operation cost: compared with various mixed beds, the electric desalting system is competitive in price.
6. Practical design: for the electric desalting system, it is very easy to maintain or increase or decrease the capacity of the equipment. When it is necessary to replace the membrane stack, it can be completed with very little downtime on site.
7. Stable water quality: the effluent quality of electric desalting is stable and reliable. There will be no water quality change like ordinary mixed bed.
8. Simple installation and maintenance: the electric desalting device allows to achieve the maintenance requirements of one membrane stack by redistributing the flow of other membrane stacks without changing the performance of the system.
9. Standard design: the use of standard units, like building blocks, can meet the needs of different water production of users.
