Technical features of the equipment:

1. The system adopts full automatic control (manual control is also available), and automatic backwashing and regeneration procedures can be set during system operation;

2. The primary RO and secondary ro are equipped with return pipes, and the RO equipment is equipped with chemical cleaning device and disinfection device;

3. A pH regulating device is set between the primary RO and the secondary RO to ensure that the conductivity of the produced water meets the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia;

4. The anti pollution reverse osmosis membrane with positive charge is adopted in the secondary reverse osmosis membrane to ensure the long-term stable operation of the reverse osmosis equipment;

5. The primary ro pipeline is made of 304 stainless steel, and the secondary ro pipeline is made of 316L stainless steel;

6. Online conductivity detection instruments are installed in the primary RO and secondary RO equipment, and the conductivity of produced water can be viewed at any time;

7. A low-pressure protection switch is set before the first stage RO, and a low-pressure protection switch and a high-pressure protection switch are set before the second stage ro;

8. The recovery rate of primary and secondary RO water can be adjusted. The recovery rate of primary RO water is 60% - 65%, and that of secondary RO water is 70%;

9. The original imported parts are used for the pretreatment device; UPVC pipes are used for the pipeline between the pretreatment equipment.

10. The purified water storage tank is equipped with breathing filter, and the transmission pipeline is equipped with ultraviolet sterilizer and microporous filter to ensure that the pure water meets the sanitary requirements.
