The wastewater produced in coating process mainly includes pretreatment wastewater, electrophoretic painting wastewater and painting wastewater.

 

Characteristics of coating wastewater equipment:

1. There are many kinds of coating wastewater, and the water quality varies with the materials used. There are many formulas for degreasing liquid and more kinds of coatings.

2. Irregular discharge, except for the continuous overflow discharge of some washing water, most of the wastewater or waste liquid in the coating line is discharged intermittently.

3. The water quality and quantity change greatly, and there is no law to follow.
